This work comes from the homonym of the word ‘Language’ in Chinese. The clouds are gathered by 26 English letters, and fall down the rain of aphorisms. Learning language is like living in a kind of circumstance, you take the influence of the language in your daily life. Day after day, until it becomes a naturally habits. Another sculpture extended the idea of the rain. The water drop eroded the stone, means learning language has no shortcut but diligent.

營北國中為一所強調英語教學的學校，亦與社區互動頻繁。本案之設置以此為概念進行創作，試著連結英語教育、美學氛圍與日常生活三者之間的關係。希望透過本公共藝術之設置賦予英語學習美學上的樂趣，並將兩者自然地融入生活之中。亦能使得社區居民在與學校的互動中，浸染於此美學與學習的雙重效應之下，讓作品之意默化於社區的日常生活裡，成為社區的地貌記憶之一。
